He recently started going to an art therapy charity to help with his mental health. During their half term they offered a course on illustration facilitated by one of the patrons of the charity, Peter Rush who is an artist, writer and illustrator who used to work for the BBC illustrating for Jackanory.

This opportunity seemed too good to miss and Alister wrote his first book starring his two giant rabbits, Clyde and Isaac. The book is called ‘Clyde and Isaac go to the Vet’
